10% to 20% of every payment, every term, while you support the school.
As an agent, you earn a banded rate — your first schools at 10%, more as you grow, 20% once you are running a real book — on every payment the schools you sign make, and half that rate on schools assigned to you. Then a calculator that runs the same arithmetic on your own numbers.
The bands
By your count of active paying schools that month: the first 5 at 10%, schools 6 to 15 at 15%, school 16 and above at 20%. It is marginal, like income tax: reaching sixteen schools does not put all sixteen at 20% — only the sixteenth and beyond — and the bands combine into one effective rate for the month. Ten schools, for instance, works out at 12.5%.
Why it is banded this way
Each school you add is worth a little more than the last, and losing a school never cuts the rate on the ones you keep — there is no cliff.
Schools assigned to you
A school you sign earns your banded rate. A school assigned to you — because its Account Manager stepped away or went inactive, or because Softhra Group Limited asks you to look after it — earns half your rate. When a school is reassigned, only its new Account Manager is paid on it, at that half rate; the agent who signed it stops earning on it.
The basis
The amount the school actually pays Softhra Group Limited that term, after tax and any discount. Some products bill per student, some per school — your percentage is the same either way.
When it accrues
When Softhra Group Limited has collected the payment. Not when a school promises to pay, not when an invoice is raised.
When it stops
When you are no longer the school's active Account Manager in good standing — you stepped away, you went inactive, or the account was reassigned after upheld complaints. The Account Manager it is reassigned to earns from then on, at half their rate because the school is assigned to them, and you earn nothing further on it.
Team override
A team lead earns 3% of the direct commission each agent in their team earns, paid on top, not deducted.
Payment
Monthly, by the tenth working day of the following month, once Softhra Group Limited has approved it, in your local currency, by bank transfer or mobile money to an account or wallet in your own name. If refunds in a month come to more than you earned, that month's payout is zero and the difference is carried forward to your next payout until it is cleared.
Reversals
If Softhra Group Limited refunds a payment or a school charges it back, the commission on it reverses and is deducted from your next statement. A school that cancels and is refunded within 60 days reverses that term's commission.

Run it on your own numbers
Set the schools you expect to sign and keep active, and an average fee per term. This runs the rate for schools you sign; a school assigned to you earns half your rate. Everything below is arithmetic on exactly what you enter — no default here is a claim about what you will actually sign.
