As an agent, you find the schools, help them start, and keep them happy: you are the Account Manager of every school you sign or are assigned — its named contact, who trains and supports it. You earn 10% to 20% of what the schools you sign pay, and half your rate on schools assigned to you, every term, for as long as you look after them.
